Tara wants to be a short story writer when she grows up but for the time being is content (nay, delighted!) to stuff her face and write about it. She spent the last year of her life stuck in the molasses of wedding planning, agonizing over ecru versus ivory card stock and screaming at her now husband: "I thought I told you to get the LOVE stamps!" Thanks to Williams Sonoma's registry, she now knows what a lemon zester is, but still doesn't want one in her life. Tara just got a puppy called Rose. Rose does not have a web page yet, but is still small enough to be stuffed into a onesie that reads: "If Mom Says No Ask Grandma." Tara wants to get a haircut just like Editor Susan's but is lacking the guts or the face to pull it off.
