The Future of Food With Climax Foods & Dana Cowan, LA

For the last two salons of the year, Posthoc brought the soft launch of Climax Foods’ specialty plant-based cheeses to both coasts, starting with LA. Susan made a gorgeous vegan meal and interviewed both Climax Foods CEO Oliver Zahn and Dana Cowan, formerly of Food & Wine now of her own podcast and zine, Speaking Broadly.

We had holiday music and even a DJ set from Susan herself, but we were most excited about the debut of our new Posthoc artist-in-residence for the upcoming salon season, Grace Weber. Grace, who has won a Grammy and literally has the voice of an angel, will be performing at and curating artists for us for the 2023 salon, but we got her started early. The cheese was a hit, the music was a mega vibe and LA came out strong on a cold and rainy night, which made for a very cozy salon.
